Limited Liability Companies (S.L.) and Public Limited Companies (S.A.), both old and recently incorporated, all of them in accordance with the current Capital Companies Act, duly registered in the Mercantile Registryprovided with the corresponding definitive tax identification code (CIF) and with certification of absence of debts and absolute guarantee of previous inactivity. Operational immediately and with all documentation perfectly legalized and regularized. With an open bank account of own ownership.
The system for the purchase is very simple: choose one from the list, send us the new data, and once we have received them, your company will be ready to sign, since we have daily appointments in our Notary Offices.
The operation is carried out in two deeds, in a first document the transfer of the totality of participations or shares is carried out, and in a second document the requested statutory modifications are made. At the time of signing, our dossier will be delivered, containing the deed of incorporation, definitive NIF, certificate of inoperability, closed balance sheet of the Company on the day of signing, bank statements corresponding to the taxation and withdrawal of the share capital for its accounting.
In addition, the old companies have the Daily Books, Corporate Tax and Annual Accounts duly presented according to the year of incorporation.
